Rachel D. Eames is the Owner/Broker of Eames Realty Services, LLC and President of Eames Insurance Services. She has been a licensed real estate broker and Insurance Broker in the State of New Hampshire since 1988. Mrs. Eames received her undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire in 1984. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Master of Public Health degree from Boston University. Rachel has been an active member of the Concord Board of Realtors for sixteen years, and for the past four years has been on the Board of Directors for the Concord Board of Realtors. In 2005, she is the Vice President for the Concord Board and the Alternate State Director for the NH Association of Realtors. In 2007, she was the President of the Concord Board of Realtors. Rachel is currently President Elect of the Board and will be President again in 2010. She sits on the NH Association of Realtors Finance Committee since 2006. Rachel has earned her Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) designation in November of 2005. Less than five percent of Realtors ® earned this designation nationally. She has also earned the coveted Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. Rachel is also active in the Concord Chamber of Commerce and many community organizations.

Since 1980, Rachel and her husband Jeffrey have also owned Fort Mountain Land & Timber Co., Inc. This company provides forestry and land services to landowners in southern New Hampshire. Many years of experience with land, timberland and timber type give Rachel an expertise in the sale and sub-division of land.
